Staffing assessment

The Staffing Assessment method was developed for HSE and published as CRR 348/2001. It provides a useful framework for evaluating staffing arrangements and can be particularly useful for managing organisational change. It provides a selection of decision trees that are used to carry out scenario based assessments. Also, a selection of ladders that are used to evaluate underlying systems and organisaitonal factors.

I published a summary of my experience of using the the method in 2011 and also proposed some new decision trees and ladders.
